Welcome to the Hewlett Elementary School PTA
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Hewlett Elementary! We're your PTA Co-Presidents, Esther Mizrahi and Leslie Garcia, and we are so excited to welcome both new and returning families.
Our main goal is to make sure every child at HES has an amazing school year. We're here to support our students' education and well-being while also strengthening the bond between our families and the wonderful HES educators.
The PTA helps enrich our children's daily lives and learning in so many ways. This year, we have fantastic educational, cultural, and social events planned. We'll be bringing in authors and hosting cultural assemblies, and we'll continue our anti-bullying initiatives to promote kindness and equality. We also love celebrating student achievements throughout the year with special treats and fun events like our Fall Pumpkin Patch, which transforms the HES field into a real-life pumpkin patch for the kids.
We are truly as strong as our community. Every PTA member is a volunteer, and everything we achieve is thanks to the hard work of parents and teachers like you. We're aiming for 100% membership this year and are so grateful for your support. Every dollar you contribute goes directly toward these programs for our children. Whether you have time to volunteer, a special skill to share, or just want to help with a fundraiser, there are countless ways to get involved. Please don't hesitate to reach out and see how you can help bring smiles to our children's faces and open their minds to the world around them.
Sincerely,
Esther Mizrahi and Leslie Garcia
